two part tutorial reviews the conformity assessment process relevant to
the testing of voting systems and requirements for open ended vulnerability
testing. These security requirements for use by voting system testing
laboratories are located Part 1, Chapter 2, and Part 1 Chapter
5 of the VVSG document.
